The NTU MoT curriculum was selected and administrated through the Center for Innovation Management Studies, Lehigh University. The 6-trimester degree included MBA and technology management classes from leading universities around the U.S., including Lehigh, Georgia Tech, and Oklahoma. The degree included a two-week study mission to Japan focusing on the factors influencing the progress of innovations from discovery to commercial use. My field research project (thesis) studied the most effective intrinsic rewards that contributed to commercially-successful innovations.
